You will manage UKG and Kronos platform configurations and integrations as a technical expert.

Responsibilities

• Manage UKG/Kronos platform configurations and related integration tools.
• Drive system development through the full lifecycle.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align technology solutions with business requirements.
• Apply Agile methodologies to project delivery and system updates.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in a business or technology-facing role.
• Deep knowledge of UKG and Kronos platforms.
• Experience with integration tools related to UKG/Kronos.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies.
• Experience managing the systems development lifecycle.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Finance.
