Description

You will own end-to-end UX design for Bluehost Group portal surfaces, driving decisions from customer problem to hi-fi deliverables including journey mapping and dev-ready handoff. This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Own UX design for post-login experiences across multiple digital properties, ensuring accessibility and design system compliance.
• Contribute to the design system by authoring reusable components, interaction patterns, and scalable templates.
• Partner with Product Managers to review low-fidelity prototypes and lead design critique sessions to raise quality standards.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and CX research to drive activation, engagement, and retention metrics.
• Embed AI tools into the design workflow for layout ideation, copy generation, and competitive research.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of UX/product design experience with a strong portfolio of complex SaaS or logged-in product surfaces.
• Deep expertise in modern design system tooling and systems thinking.
• Proficiency in AI-native design practices, including Claude Design, Figma MCP, and Cursor.
• Experience designing for web hosting, CMS, or SMB-facing products.
• Ability to work in an agile environment with multiple stakeholders and concurrent workstreams.
• Strong communication skills to present design decisions to senior leadership.

Preferred Skills

• Experience partnering directly with PMs and engineering in an agile delivery environment.
