Lead large-scale application development and platform modernization for enterprise clients.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Migrate and transform legacy applications into modern web architectures.
• Build and maintain reusable component libraries for large-scale enterprise use.
• Direct technical teams through complex digital transformation journeys.
• Oversee CI/CD implementation and comprehensive testing strategies, including unit and integration tests.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of application development and platform modernization experience.
• 10+ years of consulting experience with enterprise clients.
• 8+ years of experience leading technical teams.
• Expertise in Angular, JavaScript, TypeScript, React.js, and Redux.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, Sass, and RESTful services.
• Experience with Node.js and Java.
• Strong command of Git and CI/CD workflows.
• Deep understanding of browser performance, GraphQL, and server-side rendering.
• Experience with containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes.

Preferred Skills

• 2+ years of experience managing a consulting practice.
