Description

Lead the Workday AMS practice and oversee post-go-live production support for Workday Financials.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple client engagements by translating business requirements into design, configuration, and prototypes.
• Direct client testing efforts and manage the transition to production.
• Partner with Engagement Managers and Sales teams to provide project status updates, technical demos, and Level of Effort (LOE) estimates.
• Advise clients on Workday best practices and upcoming industry enhancements.

Required Skills

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a primary or lead role working with Workday Financials at a partner firm.
• Active Workday Partner certification in Workday Financials.
• Deep understanding of Workday Financial Management processes.
• Proven ability to manage client relations and gather complex business requirements.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for technical guidance and sales support.
• Ability to work independently and lead within a team environment.
• Experience providing implementation recommendations based on Workday best practices.

Preferred Skills

• Maintain accurate project forecasting and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment.
