Description

You will lead the design, development, and implementation of Workday integration solutions for production customers. You will also build and lead a small integrations team dedicated to serving these clients.

Responsibilities

• Design integrations across HCM, Compensation, Payroll, Benefits, Financials, Talent, and Prism.
• Advise clients on industry standards and leading practices for Workday integration design.
• Develop quick prototypes to demonstrate design options within the Workday ecosystem.
• Mentor junior team members on Workday best practices and integration functionality.

Required Skills

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Workday Integration lead consultant at a partner firm.
• Active Workday partner certification in Workday Integrations or Workday Studio.
• Deep technical knowledge of Workday Studio, Workday APIs, and Workday Connectors.
• Expertise in Workday integration design concepts and product direction.
• Proven ability in client relations and consulting within a professional services environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for making implementation recommendations.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.
