Description

Lead the architecture and design of enterprise software solutions, cloud platforms, and integrations at scale.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement serverless patterns, microservices, and APIs using Java, C#, Python, and .NET.
• Develop architecture patterns focused on reliability, cost optimization, and 12-factor application principles.
• Manage the migration of on-premise PaaS applications to AWS.
• Mentor software engineers in best practices, including TDD/BDD, test automation, and software craftsmanship.
• Define and maintain accountability for architectural design patterns and serve as a technical escalation point.

Required Skills

• 20+ years of IT experience with 7+ years in a software architecture capacity at enterprise scale.
• Expertise in AWS, ROSA, Cloudwatch, and designing cloud-native solutions.
• Proficiency in Javascript, Typescript, Node.js, Java, C#, Python, .NET, and Spring Boot.
• Deep understanding of DevSecOps, GitLab CI/CD, and Application Security principles.
• Hands-on experience with Microservices, APIs, and various database structures.
• Experience implementing DevOps principles and Agile methodologies in enterprise environments.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field.

Preferred Skills

• AWS Solutions Architect certification.
