Roles & Responsibilities:

• Develop high-performance embedded software in C for 8/16/32-bit microcontrollers and microprocessors.
• Design, implement, and maintain Ethernet/networking drivers and protocol stacks with strong L1/L2/L3 understanding.
• Enable and validate Ethernet switch features including VLAN and switching behavior.
• Work on embedded Linux systems (ARM-based), including kernel customization, drivers, and system-level debugging.
• Build and integrate Linux distributions using Yocto for stable and production-ready systems.
• Implement and troubleshoot networking features such as MRP, SNMP, STP, SDP, QoS, and PTP.
• Support hardware interfacing and peripheral integration (USB, UART, SPI, I2C, ADC, CAN, PWM).
• Perform system bring-up, validation, and debugging using lab tools like oscilloscopes and logic analyzers.
• Collaborate with hardware teams on design, FPGA support, and system-level integration.
• Lead technical execution across projects, conduct design reviews, and resolve complex engineering challenges.
• Ensure performance, scalability, and maintainability of embedded networking solutions.

Experience Required:

• 12 - 19 years of experience in embedded systems and networking software development.
• Strong expertise in C programming for embedded platforms.
• Hands-on experience with Ethernet, networking stacks, and switch technologies.
• Experience with embedded Linux (kernel, drivers) and Yocto-based development.
• Familiarity with ARM architectures and microcontroller-based systems.
• Proven experience in debugging, system bring-up, and hardware-software integration.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
