You will design and maintain embedded software for networking hardware, owning the full stack from kernel to application layer.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop embedded software in C for 8/16/32-bit microcontrollers and ARM-based microprocessors.
• Implement and troubleshoot Ethernet networking features including MRP, SNMP, STP, SDP, QoS, and PTP.
• Enable and validate Ethernet switch features such as VLAN configuration and switching behavior.
• Customize embedded Linux kernels, write drivers, and build stable distributions using Yocto.
• Lead technical execution, conduct design reviews, and resolve complex system-level integration challenges.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in embedded systems and networking software development.
• Strong expertise in C programming for embedded platforms.
• Hands-on experience with Ethernet, networking stacks, and switch technologies.
• Proficiency in embedded Linux kernel customization, driver development, and Yocto-based builds.
• Deep understanding of L1/L2/L3 networking protocols and hardware interfaces (USB, UART, SPI, I2C, ADC, CAN, PWM).
• Experience with system bring-up, validation, and debugging using oscilloscopes and logic analyzers.
• Familiarity with ARM architectures and microcontroller-based systems.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with complex system-level integration and design reviews.
