Description

You will manage the day-to-day operations of print and direct mail campaigns, ensuring notices are printed and mailed accurately according to strict deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, organize, and track initial and recurring mailings, including email, fax, inserting, folding, and printing.
• Execute mail merges and manage PDF files for print production.
• Communicate status updates to clients regarding daily mailing requests and manage email correspondence.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to determine production needs for ink jetting, printing, and mailing.
• Complete monthly billing activities, purchase orders, and purchase requisitions for supplies and services.
• Provide statistics and reports to both internal and external clients.

Required Skills

• 1 to 2 years of hands-on experience with Windows platforms.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Experience using Adobe Acrobat or an equivalent PDF tool.
• Strong file management skills, including copying, moving, deleting, and renaming files.
• Ability to track complex details and maintain accuracy under strict deadlines.
• Proven ability to follow regimented instructions while learning new software.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills for various audiences.
• Any Graduate degree or equivalent high school diploma.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Jira, SQL, Python, or JavaScript.
• Familiarity with USPS standards, mail merges, or data integration with print.
• Knowledge of publishing, print, design industries, or handling sensitive HIPAA/financial data.
