You manage end-to-end packaging production processes, pre-press workflows, and printer operations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage the entire packaging production lifecycle from pre-press to final output.
• Coordinate production timelines and deliverables with external agencies.
• Analyze production metrics to drive data-informed decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment.
• Monitor print quality and verify adherence to technical specifications.

Required Skills

• 1+ years of project management experience.
• 1+ years of experience in packaging production, pre-press, or print processes.
• 1+ years of experience managing external agencies.
• Proficiency in MS Project and Microsoft Excel.
• Graphic design knowledge and technical skills.
• Strong analytical skills for running metrics and data analysis.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Esko's Web Center graphics workflow tool.
• Proficiency in Power BI.
• Understanding of regulatory requirements, such as EPA standards.
