You will manage regional service operations and technical workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise regional service Key Result Areas (KRAs).
• Manage customer interactions using CRM tools.
• Plan and oversee scheduling for Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM), repairs, and modifications.
• Maintain comprehensive technical records and billing tasks.
• Provide regular progress reports regarding service activities to the Regional Manager.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience.
• Printed Circuit Board design and technical expertise.
• Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) management.
• CRM software proficiency.
• Technical problem-solving and team management.
