Description

You will manage regional service operations and technical workflows for PCB design and maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise regional service Key Result Areas (KRAs).
• Manage customer interactions and scheduling for Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM), repairs, and modifications.
• Maintain comprehensive technical records and handle billing tasks.
• Provide regular progress reports regarding service activities to the Regional Manager.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in service operations or technical roles.
• Printed Circuit Board (PCB) design and technical expertise.
• Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) management and execution.
• Proficiency in CRM software for customer interaction management.
• Technical problem-solving and team management capabilities.
• Any Graduate degree.
