Description

You will manage client-managed print services and act as the technical bridge between users and vendors. You will own the release pipeline for print features and ensure SLA compliance.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate issue resolution between vendors and customers to meet SLA requirements.
• Test, validate, and implement new print features based on customer requirements.
• Manage incident, service request, and change records using ServiceNow.
• Develop tools, monitoring, alerting, and self-healing capabilities for SaaS platforms.
• Escalate emerging user concerns to vendors and drive business process standardization.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience supporting Client Managed Print Services and Web Jet Administration.
• Proficiency in PowerShell and Python scripting.
• Experience with WebAPI/REST services.
• Knowledge of ITIL frameworks and Incident Management.
• Ability to handle Break/Fix and Service Requests within a ServiceNow environment.
• Experience supporting large-scale user bases (300k+ users).
• Degree in any field (Any Graduate).

Preferred Skills

• 1+ years supporting additional Managed Print Services.
• Experience with .NET, Java, or ServiceNow API.
• PMP Certification or equivalent.
