Description

You will manage client print services and serve as the technical bridge between users and vendors.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Manage print service requirements by testing, validating, and implementing new feature enhancements.
• Coordinate issue resolution between vendors and customers to meet SLA requirements.
• Handle break/fix, service requests, and change records using ServiceNow.
• Standardize business processes and escalate emerging user concerns to vendors.
• Develop SRE capabilities including tools, tests, monitoring, alerting, and self-healing for SaaS platforms.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in Print Management and Web Jet Administration.
• Proficiency in PowerShell and Python scripting.
• Experience working with WebAPI and REST services.
• Strong background in Project Management.
• Knowledge of ITIL frameworks.
• Ability to support a multinational user base of 300k+ users.
• Any Graduate degree.
