Description

Design and mature the Privileged Access Management roadmap and strategic vision. You will influence the planning and execution of scalable PAM solutions with a focus on measurable KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Identity Security Engineering and IAM teams to implement solutions aligned with access policies.
• Develop and refine PAM and IAM standards, patterns, policies, and procedures.
• Research, validate, and deploy security solutions that meet business requirements.
• Drive security efficiencies through a DevOps focus on automation, integration, and distribution.
• Communicate business risk stemming from cybersecurity issues to stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 7+ years in Information Technology with at least 3 years leading IAM initiatives.
• Extensive knowledge of Privileged Access Management, preferably CyberArk.
• Hands-on experience with SSO, MFA, Active Directory (AD), and Public Key Infrastructure (PKI).
• Experience with both cloud and on-premises IAM solutions.
• Proficiency with API capabilities and IAM technology design, implementation, and delivery.
• Working knowledge of governance frameworks such as NIST or ISO 17799.

Preferred Skills

• CISSP, CIAM, CCSP, or equivalent certifications.
• Master’s degree in Cybersecurity or a related field.
