Design and mature the Privileged Access Management roadmap while driving scalable security solutions aligned with business KPIs.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Influence planning and execution of PAM solutions with measurable KPIs.
• Collaborate with Identity Security and IAM teams to implement access policy-aligned solutions.
• Develop PAM and IAM standards, patterns, policies, and procedures.
• Research, validate, and deploy security solutions meeting business requirements.
• Communicate cybersecurity business risks to stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 7+ years in Information Technology.
• 3+ years leading IAM initiatives.
• Extensive Privileged Access Management knowledge, preferably CyberArk.
• Hands-on experience with SSO, MFA, Active Directory (AD), and Public Key Infrastructure (PKI).
• Experience with cloud and on-premises IAM solutions.
• Proficiency in API capabilities and IAM technology design, implementation, and delivery.
• Working knowledge of governance frameworks such as NIST or ISO 17799.

Preferred Skills

• CISSP, CIAM, CCSP, or equivalent certifications.
• Master’s degree in Cybersecurity or a related field.
