Monitor production systems, resolve incidents, and analyze healthcare claims data.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily production processes on Mainframe (z/OS), CA7, and Jenkins, ensuring system health via Dynatrace.
• Manage the full incident lifecycle, including triage, root cause analysis, and resolution documentation in ServiceNow.
• Analyze EDI 837/835 healthcare claims and XML files, investigating rejections like 999 errors to ensure data integrity.
• Troubleshoot job failures and abends, restarting production and test jobs as needed.
• Write complex SQL queries against Oracle databases and maintain SOPs and runbooks.

Required Skills

• 5–7+ years of experience in IT production support or operations.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and Oracle databases.
• Experience with Mainframe technologies: COBOL, JCL, and CA-7 job scheduling.
• Hands-on experience with monitoring tools: Dynatrace, Jenkins, and Prometheus.
• Proficiency in scripting with Python and Groovy (Jenkins pipelines).
• Familiarity with EDI 837/835 transactions and XML processing.
• Experience using incident management tools like ServiceNow, SharePoint, and Salesforce.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or a related field.
