Description

You will own the creation and maintenance of technical process documentation for engineering and fintech stakeholders.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Distill complex technical data into actionable process documentation for end users.
• Produce high-quality technical writing using Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Create and maintain process diagrams using Microsoft Visio.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and finalize documentation.
• Manage multiple documentation projects concurrently without losing detail.

Required Skills

• 3-5 years of experience in technical writing, preferably in engineering or fintech.
• 3-5 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Visio.
• Exceptional proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Strong skills in Adobe Acrobat for document review and editing.
• Experience with Microsoft SharePoint for document management.
• Ability to interpret complicated technical data and simplify it for users.
• Proven ability to build relationships with stakeholders to expedite documentation.

Preferred Skills

• Previous experience in the telecommunications industry.
