Description

Analyze business processes and workflows to drive operational enhancements and automation across the organization.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Model process workflows to define end-to-end use cases and automation capabilities.
• Conduct complex analysis on current and future state business processes.
• Review information and trends to ensure process outputs meet service level agreements.
• Validate IT process design and documentation for new enhancements.
• Create and present findings using PowerPoint, Excel, and Visio.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in process analysis or business operations.
• Deep knowledge of process modeling techniques including BPMN, UML diagrams, data flow diagrams, and sequence diagrams.
• Proficiency with modeling tools such as Visio, Bizagi, Camunda, Miro, or Lucid.
• Advanced understanding of business functions, workflows, and processes.
• Strong analytical ability and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.

Preferred Skills

• Reporting experience with MicroStrategy or Tableau.
