You will manage computer inventory, track technology deployments, and provide logistical support for hardware lifecycles.
Responsibilities
Manage computer inventory by identifying hardware trends and reporting discrepancies.
Track large-scale technology product deliveries and pursue returns of offboarded user hardware and wireless equipment.
Maintain daily inventory summaries and weekly reports using MS Teams.
Facilitate division office supply orders through established purchasing processes and cross-reference equipment orders with field requests to ensure shipment accuracy.
Review criteria and approve specialized end-user computing requests while providing user support via email and phone.
Required Skills
2+ years of professional work experience.
1 year of experience in report writing, data collection, tabulation, computation, and analysis.
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
Proficiency with MS Teams for communication and reporting.
6 months of experience in non-technical business administrative support.
High school diploma or GED.
Valid Driver's License for local and in-state travel.
Ability to work independently and within a target-driven team.
