Description

You design and implement IT systems processes and architectural frameworks to support business process management initiatives.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop IT systems process maps, process architecture, and performance metrics.
• Design workflows and implement process improvement strategies.
• Create and implement procedures for the management of IT systems and solutions.
• Plan and execute complex tasks while directing the work of contractor staff.

Required Skills

• 9+ years of experience in process architecture and IT systems management.
• Expertise in IT Professional Services.
• Proficiency in workflow design and process mapping.
• Proven ability to develop performance metrics for business process management.
• Advanced education degree or equivalent professional certifications.
• ITIL Practitioner or Manager Certificate.

Preferred Skills

• Demonstrated ability to manage complicated tasks and lead staff.
