You will design and implement IT systems processes and architectures to manage complex technology solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop IT systems process maps, process architecture, and performance metrics for business process management initiatives.
• Design workflows and execute process improvement strategies using information technology solutions.
• Plan and accomplish complex technical goals while directing the work of contractor staff.
• Implement procedures for the management of IT systems and solutions.

Required Skills

• 9+ years of experience in process architecture and business process management.
• Expertise in Business Process Improvement and workflow design.
• Proven ability to develop performance metrics for IT systems.
• Deep knowledge of Information Technology processes and solutions.
• Proficiency in English.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

Preferred Skills

• ITIL Practitioner or Manager certification.
• Advanced education degrees.
