• 8+ years of professional experience.
• Proficiency in Data Entry and BPO environments.
• Experience with MIS reporting and management.
• Strong competence in the Windows suite of applications.
• Sound written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work within a team-oriented structure.
• Proven ability to meet strict processing deadlines.
• Demonstrated attention to detail and accuracy.
