Description

You will identify, document, and automate business processes to drive efficiency using RPA.

Responsibilities

• Identify current state business processes through interviews and direct observation across business units.
• Document end-to-end workflows by creating "As Is" process maps and narratives.
• Conduct feasibility analyses, quantify automation opportunities, and perform ROI estimations to build business cases.
• Facilitate stakeholder working sessions to generate consensus on new automated processes and prioritize opportunities.
• Adhere to ITIL processes and SDLC standards throughout the automation lifecycle.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in business analysis or business process analysis.
• Hands-on experience with Robotics Process Automation (RPA) or workflow automation tools.
• Proficiency with RPA tools such as UiPath, Blue Prism, or Automation Anywhere.
• Strong ability to translate business requirements into functional application specifications.
• Experience using MS Office suite, specifically Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
• Solid understanding of business process analysis frameworks and change management principles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience.

Preferred Skills

• Direct experience with UiPath.
• Exposure to Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning, and OCR technologies.
