Description

You will design and implement automation solutions to streamline Jira workflows and improve operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement automation solutions for Jira workflows to minimize manual effort.
• Write and maintain custom Java scripts to automate tasks and integrate Jira with external systems.
• Manage integrations between Jira and tools including Git, Jenkins, Confluence, and Slack.
• Identify opportunities to automate repetitive tasks and optimize existing processes.
• Create custom reports, dashboards, and metrics to monitor automation performance and system health.

Required Skills

• 3-4 years of experience in Jira process automation and Java development.
• Proficiency in Java and associated frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with Jira APIs, including REST and SOAP.
• Experience with Jira Software, Jira Service Management, and Jira Core.
• Practical experience integrating tools such as Bitbucket, GitLab, Confluence, and Slack.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automation within development workflows.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Technical English proficiency for documentation and international team collaboration.

Preferred Skills

• Proficiency in Portuguese.
• Experience with Python or Bash scripting.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban.
