Description

You will establish the framework, tooling, and discipline for firm-wide process optimization within the Core Services squad.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Establish governance and oversee the creation of guidance materials for process optimization.
• Manage the framework and tracking of benefits and the tool landscape for improvement, automation, and monitoring.
• Translate problem statements into solutions using clear and concise business rules.
• Support workstreams to enable divisions to scale through efficient process design.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience in banking and financial services.
• Expertise in process improvement frameworks including process mapping, mining, intelligent document processing, workflow, RPA, and design thinking.
• Hands-on experience with automation tooling such as Celonis, UiPath, Camunda, or Microsoft Power.
• Proven track record in change management and continuous development projects within global organizations.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills for data analysis and senior management presentations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate education.
