Description

You will drive backend automation and manage queue systems within a Scrum environment. You will own the technical execution of process enhancements and incident resolution.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and resolve the incident queue for your Scrum team.
• Collaborate with the Product Owner on new automation requirements and process enhancements.
• Develop backend automations and manage queue systems.
• Maintain technical documentation for all automated processes.
• Execute tasks across the full software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment.

Required Skills

• 3-4 years of experience with vRealize Orchestrator.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and REST APIs.
• Experience working with MS SQL and SQL.
• Bachelor's Degree.
• Knowledge of SSRS and SSIS.
• Experience across the full software development lifecycle.

Preferred Skills

• 4-6 years of experience with vRealize Orchestrator, JavaScript, REST APIs, MS SQL, PowerShell, and Azure Functions.
• Experience with Azure Stack/Public and GHEC.
• Familiarity with authorization frameworks such as oAuth 2.0 or JWT.
