Description

Required Skills:
✅ 5–7 years of experience in manufacturing, heavy industry, industrial equipment, plant engineering, or capital projects
✅ Project management fundamentals (scope, schedule, cost, risk)
✅ Metallurgical analysis and materials behavior
✅ Mechanical systems design and evaluation
✅ Manufacturing process knowledge
✅ Supplier & contractor coordination
✅ Strong technical communication and documentation skills

Preferred Background:
✔ Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Metallurgical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field
✔ Experience with heat treat equipment, steel, casting, forging, surface treatment, quench systems, or industrial process equipment
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead engineering projects from concept through commissioning and startup
• Support manufacturing operations and capital projects
• Perform metallurgical validation, root cause analysis, and process improvements
• Coordinate with operations, maintenance, quality, suppliers, and contractors
• Drive project execution while ensuring safety, quality, and production goals
