Responsibilities

• Lead engineering projects from concept through commissioning and startup.
• Perform metallurgical validation, root cause analysis, and process improvements.
• Coordinate with operations, maintenance, quality, suppliers, and contractors.
• Support manufacturing operations and capital projects.
• Drive project execution while ensuring safety, quality, and production goals.

Required Skills

• 5–7 years of experience in manufacturing, heavy industry, industrial equipment, or plant engineering.
• Project management fundamentals including scope, schedule, cost, and risk.
• Metallurgical analysis and materials behavior expertise.
• Mechanical systems design and evaluation capabilities.
• Deep understanding of manufacturing processes.
• Supplier and contractor coordination experience.
• Strong technical communication and documentation skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with heat treat equipment, steel, casting, forging, surface treatment, or quench systems.
• Background in industrial process equipment.
