Description

Manage supplier quality issues and coordinate corrective actions within a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with suppliers and production teams to resolve quality issues and investigate parts coordination.
• Track RMAs and support SDE on PPAP and QCLDM metrics.
• Interpret engineering drawings, schematic diagrams, and manufacturing work instructions.
• Verify that product processing and specification sheets adhere to quality assurance requirements.

Required Skills

• Bachelor's degree in any Engineering field.
• 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency with MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of quality tools such as Fishbone diagrams.
• Understanding of PPAP.
• Understanding of process resolution via 8D methodology.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Power BI.
• Understanding of APQP.
