Description

You will design, document, and optimize cybersecurity processes to improve threat detection, response, and prevention capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Design and document cybersecurity workflows to align technical capabilities with regulatory requirements and strategic goals.
• Identify operational inefficiencies and implement streamlined workflows within security operations.
• Analyze existing processes to detect gaps and develop formal corrective action plans.
• Apply Lean Six Sigma tools to recommend end-to-end business operations and technology improvements.
• Lead workshops and training sessions to educate stakeholders on quality industry best practices.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in process design or cybersecurity operations.
• Expertise in VSM (Value Stream Mapping).
• Proficiency in FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis).
• Experience performing Gap Analysis.
• Deep understanding of Process Quality (PQ) methodologies.
• Practical application of Lean Six Sigma tools and techniques.
• Strong background in Cybersecurity process optimization.
• Ability to work collaboratively across partner teams as part of a Process Quality team.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working within Product Transformation & Management (PTM) frameworks.
