Description

You will support the Enterprise Risk Management team to re-engineer global incident management processes.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Assess and refine incident management workflows to ensure efficiency across the global framework.
• Lead process improvement initiatives by identifying bottlenecks and implementing scalable solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment and seamless execution.
• Apply Six Sigma methodologies to enhance operational resilience and incident escalation processes.

Required Skills

• Proven process engineering expertise in large enterprise environments.
• Specialized knowledge of incident management and escalation processes.
• Proficiency in Incident Management, Process Management, and Escalation.
• Experience streamlining workflows across diverse incident types, including IT security and operational risks.
• Ability to manage projects with an international, cross-functional scope.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

Preferred Skills

• Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
• Experience within the financial industry.
