Description

You will own the planning, implementation, and support of engine and transmission machining or assembly lines for the Powertrain department.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, procurement, installation, trial, and launch of production lines.
• Create and manage schedules and budgets for assigned production areas.
• Analyze manufacturing issues, identify root causes, and communicate countermeasure plans.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals and prioritize activities.

Required Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Engineering Technology, or 5+ years of equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience in process engineering, including schedule and budget management.
• 3+ years of experience planning, implementing, and supporting mass production lines with capacity exceeding 9K units per month.
• 3+ years of AutoCAD experience with the ability to read, interpret, and modify drawings.
• 3+ years of 3D CAD experience with the ability to read and interpret models.
• Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, or during shutdown periods.
• Flexibility to travel up to 20% for domestic and international business.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in Powertrain or automotive manufacturing environments.
