Description

You will drive plant safety and engineering standards while leading Lean and Six Sigma projects to improve yields, reduce costs, and optimize cycle times.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional projects using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to enhance product performance and reduce waste.
• Monitor process performance against safety, first pass quality, and productivity objectives.
• Utilize statistical analysis to identify process concerns and performance gaps.
• Maintain process stability by ensuring effective use of Control Plans.
• Support TPM activities through data collection and maintenance planning.

Required Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Materials, or Industrial Engineering.
• 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Expertise in creating or revising process documents including Control Plans, FMEAs, JSAs, and Standard Work.
• Proficiency in MS Office products.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask.
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills for coaching and training.
• Familiarity with TPM principles.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams driving improvements in safety, quality, and productivity.
