Description

You will analyze, design, and optimize business processes to improve the efficiency and performance of the private investment management operating model.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate process management sessions to identify, analyze, and improve business processes.
• Develop and maintain process documentation, including process maps, workflows, and standard operating procedures.
• Build functional capability deliverables, such as process maps and workflows, into the Ardoq enterprise architecture platform.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop new processes or enhance existing procedures.
• Monitor and report on process performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in process management and enterprise architecture.
• Proficiency with Ardoq and ShiftX.
• Experience using Lucid Charts and Visio for workflow documentation.
• Practical knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business administration, finance, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Master's degree in a related field.
• Experience in buy side capital markets and private investments.
