Own the optimization of the private investment management operating model through process analysis, mapping, and architectural integration.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and optimize business processes to enhance the private investment management operating model.
• Facilitate cross-functional sessions to identify, map, and improve workflows.
• Build functional capability deliverables, including process maps and workflows, into the Ardoq enterprise architecture platform.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures and detailed process documentation.
• Monitor process performance metrics and report on improvements driven by Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in process management and enterprise architecture.
• Proficiency with Ardoq and ShiftX for enterprise architecture management.
• Experience using Lucid Charts and Visio for workflow documentation.
• Practical knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.

Preferred Skills

• Master's degree in a related field.
• Experience in buy side capital markets and private investments.
