Description

You will support a 6-month onsite project focused on testing and improving fill line processes for prefilled syringes in Durham, NC.

Responsibilities

• Test and improve manufacturing processes for prefilled syringe fill lines.
• Perform hands-on machine verification to ensure proper operational performance.
• Monitor machine functionality during active testing phases.
• Communicate directly with vendors to implement necessary process improvements.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of process engineering experience within the biotech or pharmaceutical industry.
• Hands-on experience with fill line machinery and equipment testing.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and optimize manufacturing processes.
• Experience managing vendor communications for technical improvements.
• Background working with prefilled syringe production or similar sterile fill environments.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate level education.
