You will re-engineer global incident management processes within the Enterprise Risk Management team.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Assess and refine incident management workflows to improve efficiency across a global framework.
• Lead process improvement initiatives to identify bottlenecks and implement scalable solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment and execution.
• Apply Six Sigma methodologies to enhance operational resilience and incident escalation processes.

Required Skills

• Extensive process engineering expertise in large enterprise environments.
• Specialized knowledge of incident management and escalation processes.
• Experience managing risk, escalation, and incident workflows.
• Proven ability to drive efficiency across international, cross-functional scopes.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 3 years of experience.
