Description

You will own complex process engineering and re-engineering projects within a large enterprise environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute current state process modeling and future state workflow modeling.
• Drive results through virtual leadership of geographically dispersed teams.
• Perform root cause analysis and solve complex operational problems.
• Partner with senior management to implement enterprise capabilities and processes.
• Manage technical system projects while ensuring adherence to financial controls and risk standards.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in process engineering, military supply chain, analytics, or engineering.
• Lean/Six Sigma Black Belt certification or equivalent business process management endorsement.
• Proficiency with Minitab for statistical analysis.
• Experience with BPMN software such as iGrafx, Pega, Oracle, Tibco, or Asana.
• Expertise in Rapid Process Automation software like Blue Prism.
• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to facilitate using Helix and manage change via Prosci/ADKAR.
• Experience managing complex projects in large enterprise environments.
• Familiarity with Agile tools including JIRA and CA Rally.

Preferred Skills

• BS/BA degree or higher in mathematics, statistics, actuarial science, engineering, or physics.
• Experience working directly with SVP and EVP level leadership.
