Description

You will own the optimization of manufacturing processes, equipment, and tooling to improve quality, safety, and productivity.

Responsibilities

• Develop and refine manufacturing processes, production flows, and assembly methods for new and existing products.
• Lead process design and modification efforts to reduce cycle time, scrap, rework, and overall costs.
• Design, test, and source machinery, fixtures, jigs, and tooling while developing Equipment Statements of Requirements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve process issues and assist with mold repair.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Quality departments to ensure compliance with change management and product deviation release processes.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing or process engineering.
• Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and computer-aided design (CAD).
• Working knowledge of Core Tools used to support Quality Management systems.
• Expertise in troubleshooting and resolving complex manufacturing process issues.
• Experience with product launches, problem-solving, and continuous improvement activities.
• Ability to perform research, design, and development of production equipment and methods.
