Description

You will support mobile solution delivery by developing, documenting, and supporting lines of service and Azure design patterns within the enterprise mobile platform.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research to develop and improve service delivery processes and integration patterns.
• Design and plan workflow processes to ensure efficient customer service delivery and mobile platform stability.
• Monitor performance metrics and troubleshoot problems within the mobile domain using automation and manual processes.
• Develop technology upgrades, support roadmaps, and maintain standard SDLC processes for mobile development teams.
• Collaborate with enterprise architects and development teams to define technical frameworks and implementation patterns.
• Communicate project constraints, including risks, scope, and resource requirements, to management.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in a process or engineering role.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC processes.
• Proficiency with Java, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Working knowledge of digital accessibility regulations, including Section 508 and ADA.
• Experience with accessibility tools such as Voiceover, JAWS, Dragon Naturally Speaking, and Zoomtext.
• Bachelor's Degree.
