Description

Design and maintain technical processes, documentation, and accessibility standards for mobile and web platforms.

You will own the release pipeline and accessibility compliance for enterprise solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop technical artifacts including strategy roadmaps, design plans, integration patterns, and CI/CD process maps.
• Define Azure design patterns and holistic strategies for mobile platform delivery.
• Ensure all solutions meet WCAG 2.1 AA, Section 508, and ADA accessibility requirements.
• Provide production support, incident response, and mentorship to developers and engineers.
• Collaborate with enterprise architects and business partners to align technology with business needs.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience collaborating with development teams and supporting responsive web applications, mobile apps, and cloud services.
• 3+ years of experience in training content development and production support operations, including triage and root cause analysis.
• Expertise in digital accessibility, inclusive design, and standards such as WCAG 2.1 AA and Section 508.
• Proficiency with web technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Proven experience authoring technical documentation, system diagrams, and testing guides.
• Experience with Voiceover and JAWS for accessibility testing.

Preferred Skills

• Azure design pattern expertise.
• Experience mentoring engineering teams.
