Description

You will own the end-to-end manufacturing process for new product introductions in aerospace, from initial customer orders through final production.

Responsibilities

• Drive new product introduction and development cycles.
• Manage project timelines and deadlines by creating structured plans.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and quality engineers to meet production standards.
• Perform dimensional inspections and verify technical specifications.

• 5+ years of experience in aerospace engineering.
• Proven experience in new product development.
• Proficiency with PPAP elements.
• Experience in customer quality assurance.
• Competency in reading blueprints and technical specifications.
• Experience with 3D modeling.
• Strong project management skills.
