Develop, improve, and support manufacturing processes for advanced technology products.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement manufacturing processes for new and existing products.
• Collaborate with Production, Tool Design, and Maintenance teams on manufacturing methods and equipment.
• Troubleshoot and conduct root cause analysis for process-related production issues.
• Conduct and document equipment validation, including IQ, OQ, PQ, and re-validation.
• Collect and analyze process data to monitor performance and recommend improvements.

Required Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
• 5+ years of professional experience in manufacturing or process engineering.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret process data.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Experience developing and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills for cross-functional collaboration.
