Description

You will support the execution of equipment start-up and drive manufacturing process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Set up test equipment, collect data, and adjust equipment set points and parameters during equipment start-up.
• Provide feedback and suggestions to improve equipment and product quality.
• Support manufacturing process improvements, focusing on variability, defect, and throughput reduction using 6-Sigma initiatives.
• Conduct problem-solving in manufacturing, identifying and resolving root causes using engineering methodologies.
• Develop standard work documentation, including SOPs, SOS, Job Aids, and Training Documentation.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of manufacturing experience.
• Proficiency in Statistical Process Control (SPC) and Design on Experiments (DoE).
• Experience with Data Analysis using JMP, Minitab, PowerBI, or similar tools.
• Applied knowledge of engineering principles to resolve production challenges.
• Demonstrated use of engineering tools like 6-Sigma, TRIZ, KT-PA, or MEE.
• Ability to conduct experimentation to expand process understanding.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering.
• Adherence to safe work practices.
