Description

You will execute equipment start-ups and drive manufacturing process improvements to reduce variability and defects.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Set up test equipment, collect data, and adjust set points during start-ups.
• Support manufacturing improvements using 6-Sigma initiatives to enhance throughput and quality.
• Conduct problem-solving to identify and resolve root causes in production.
• Develop standard work documentation, including SOPs, SOS, and training materials.

Required Skills

• Bachelor's degree in engineering.
• 2+ years of manufacturing experience.
• Proficiency in Statistical Process Control (SPC) and Design of Experiments (DoE).
• Experience with data analysis tools such as JMP, Minitab, or PowerBI.
• Applied knowledge of engineering principles to resolve production challenges.
• Demonstrated use of engineering methodologies like 6-Sigma, TRIZ, KT-PA, or MEE.
• Ability to conduct experimentation to expand process understanding.
• Adherence to safe work practices.
