Description

You will manage technical manufacturing processes and drive continuous improvement projects.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Conduct root cause analysis and develop corrective actions for quality issues with customers and vendors.
• Identify work center challenges by collaborating with maintenance and manufacturing staff.
• Lead continuous improvement projects from initial concept through to implementation.
• Direct USW Lean activities and maintain standards for productivity, safety, quality, and 5S housekeeping.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in process engineering or manufacturing environments.
• Strong background in Chemical Engineering.
• Hands-on experience with Lean processes.
• Deep understanding of manufacturing processes.
• Proficiency in process design and process engineering.
• Ability to manage technical projects from concept to completion.

Preferred Skills

• Degree in any engineering discipline or related field.
