Responsibilities

• Conceive, develop, justify, and implement manufacturing processes.
• Define, plan, and execute continuous improvement projects.
• Manage project lifecycles using formal project management skills.
• Coordinate activities with plant engineers and personnel to achieve operational goals.

Required Skills

• B.S. degree in Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering.
• 5+ years of related engineering experience.
• Proficiency in engineering practices and procedures.
• Experience with computer applications and analytical systems.
• Ability to manage projects with minimal functional guidance.
• Deep understanding of plant processes and procedures.
