Description

You will manage IT infrastructure services across multiple sites, defining KPIs, SLAs, and reporting to ensure service quality. You will define, select, and implement infrastructure standards, documentation, and security practices.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define and manage service KPIs, SLAs, and quality reporting.
• Ensure adherence to IT best practices, including documentation, security, and change management.
• Perform cross-technical Root Cause Analysis and implement corrective measures.
• Contribute to architecture blueprints for IT and OT areas.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience across multiple infrastructure domains.
• Senior-level knowledge of Windows Server.
• Proficiency in PowerShell or Bash for infrastructure automation.
• Deep understanding of the ITIL model.
• Experience with hypervisors such as vSphere.
• Familiarity with Cisco switches and wireless controllers.
• Experience with Active Directory, backup technologies (Veeam/Acronis), and disaster recovery planning.
• Knowledge of storage and file services.
