Description

You will provide strategic process advisory and analysis within the Banking and Insurance sectors.

Responsibilities

• Analyze existing process models and functions to identify optimization areas and cost-saving opportunities.
• Design and implement process changes, including IT system proposals and strategic implementation plans.
• Conduct situational and data analysis using interviews and surveys to identify root causes of business issues.
• Present detailed findings, business cases, and implementation plans to executives.
• Manage short-term and long-term projects to address functional requirements and overcome implementation objections.

Required Skills

• 4-5 years of experience as a Process Engineer or Consultant within the Banking or Insurance industry.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, and R.
• Expertise in ANOVA Analysis, Value Stream Mapping, and Minitab.
• Deep understanding of DMAIC, Lean Principles, and FMEA.
• Experience conducting Time Motion Studies and creating business case manifestations.
• Strong analytical, statistical, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Any Graduate degree.
